We Are One
No matter what the foundation of a person’s belief system is, we can all agree that we are all one race known as the human race. The fact is that we are all connected that is why when we help others we feel good because we are in turn helping ourselves. I am a firm believer that one reason why  bad things can happen in our lives is to teach us how to keep seeking the light at the end of the tunnel and so we learn things in the process that can in time help others as you share what you learned in detail or in terms of how your life has changed. There are other reasons I am sure but I do not know those because they can only be answered by God.  I do know that there is power in numbers and we are never supposed to go through anything difficult alone so remember we are meant to help each other and seek DEVINE guidance. When you take the time to help yourself you are helping others too so never feel bad for taking time for yourself as well because a happy you leads to a happy someone else.
