Falling into a Fabulous Future that is Happening Right Now

Friday, October 17th, 2014

I know I’ve been keeping everyone on edge, saying that there are exciting things happening, and I can finally reveal some of them!

This weekend is going to be an exciting weekend. On Sunday, I’m going to go to an historical haunted location. I’m going to take pictures and film the experience. Becky, my best friend, manager and sidekick, knows the whole history of the location and is going to see how much I pick up. We have to get special permission to film there, and they do not want the public involved in the private tour, so I can’t reveal the location as of yet, but this is happening on Sunday and I am super-excited.Can’t wait to share this spook-tacular experience of ghost-hunting with all of you. I will also continue to choose subscribers from my You Tube channel for free readings in lieu of the fact that I no longer offer specials or discounts on my readings, in an effort to give back. The only reason I decided to stop giving specials or discounts is because it got confusing when people would gift a reading to someone else, or ask 6 months later, for a special or discount.  choosing You Tube subscribers is a win-win situation because you can interact with me through You Tube, and you have a good chance of winning because names are chosen at random through a software on the computer.

November is also going to be fun-filled and exciting. In early November, I am attending a large conference with light workers from all over the world, who come together to build programs and network, supporting each other and creating inspirational speaking engagements to take place worldwide, so stay tuned!! I plan to be coming to a country or town near you! Of course, I will always connect to Spirit and do readings, though these shows will focus more on overcoming life’s obstacles, staying positive and spiritual development as a practical tool of becoming your optimal self. I will share more about this after I attend the conference next month. If you do not, already, please follow me on Instagram at mhevenor for daily inspirations and to get an up-close and personal view of my life in pictures.

Next month, I will also be sailing away on Talia’s Legacy Cruise, doing readings on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship and half of all proceeds will go to Talia’s Legacy, helping children going through chemo. If you are unable to go on the cruise, and would still like a reading and to help an amazing cause, when calling the business line to book a reading, just let it be known you would like half the proceeds to go to Talia’s Legacy. Talia Joy was an inspiration to me to “just keep swimming” whatever life throws your way, and now, she’s still my inspiration, to keep her legacy going and find a cure for childhood cancer.

Many of you have noticed that I have been providing make-up tutorials and pictures over social media. My goal is to help people strengthen their energetic body through make-up and fashion, and, in time, launch my own fashion line for all individuals, incorporating designs that are edgy, fashionable, and practical, if you or someone you love is in a wheelchair. Also, people with fine-motor deficits will find certain garment easier to put on and take off, while of course, never losing their flair, or sense of style.

I have super-duper big projects also taking form that I can’t elaborate on at the moment, but in order to receive more funding and get them up and running, I need a strong presence on all social media outlets, so please, please subscribe to my Youtube channel, mhevenor94, and get your friends and family to do the same, so that more love and light can be shared in this world, not only through Youtube, but also through some other truly amazing projects that are in the works. Last but certainly, not least, I have to tell you what an amazing week I have had serving Spirit. In this past week, I have connected not only to one, but two babies that are in the womb, and have received messages from both of them to give their parents. It truly exemplifies how limitless Spirit is, and how much a person’s spirit already knows or comes into this world knowing, before they fully incarnate into the present lifetime. One baby told me what his hair was going to be like, and that he didn’t like the color of his room - it was too bright. The other baby , who is being carried by another mother, said that she’s doing her best to stay put, because I told her that she can’t come too early, and that she’s going to have a sense of humor and be sarcastic like her mother.

This week, I also connected to a client’s niece who is nine years old and in a coma, and she told me to tell her family that she was going to wake up on Friday, in the afternoon, and indeed she did, at 4 p.m. today. She also told me she was concerned that her mother wasn’t eating and that she knew everything that was going on. I’ve connected to people in comas before, but this was the first time someone told me when they were going to wake up, and indeed, they did, when they said they would! This, too, is a beautiful example of how amazing the human spirit is, and how much in this life, goes on, beyond what we can mentally coprehend or evidently prove with hard- core evidence, although this particular incident definitely proves that someone in a coma, does have a concept of time, and is cognitively aware of what is going on, at least in some cases, such as with this little girl. I share these stories not only to share the awe an amazement that I have for serving Spirit, but also to remind everyone that each individual is so much more than their current circumstances. So often ,we get caught up in the humdrum of daily life, and lose sight of the limitless capability of what we are, as a spiritual being, who is living a physical in-the-flesh life. our soul goes so far beyond our jobs, our pasts, our daily connections. Our soul is a spark of divine energy that has endless possibilities, and it is crucial that we connect with the most powerful, divine light that gave us a piece of the spark. This divine light is who I like to call G-d. I certainly do not know everything, but I do know if you close your eyes and imagine what your perfect life is and what you want it to be, the image of perfection that G-d has for us is already manifested and far exceeds what we can comprehend. In order to make that divine manifestation our truth, the first steps are staying true to ourselves, and taking time to connect to spirit and G-d each day ,so that that that connection grows, bringing about perfect vision for your future, which is actually the preset yet to be lived.

We’ve Come So Close but Yet so Far with Embracing Equality

Thursday, July 24th, 2014

As many of you know from following me on social media, I love what I do. I love Spirit and 99% of the time, I love my life. I have always been blessed to serve as an advocate for my fellow members who are differently-abled, or historically labelled “handicapped.” I think it is amazing how far we’ve come, when someone like myself, can be widely embraced and supported through social media or someone like Amy Purdy, an amputee, who is conquering the world one activity at a time, and making a statement in Hollywood, and still, there is so much further to go. I love the blessings and opportunities that the universe is allowing for me as I have a growing clientele who work in Hollywood and the entertainment industry, and, as to be expected, as that clientele has grown, doors have opened, inviting me to be showcased on various media platforms such as talk shows and/or television appearances. Unfortunately, the sad reality is realizing, after interviews and being watched by interested parties, the studios where the appearances would take place, are not wheelchair-accessible. This unspoken barrier in Hollywood floors my mind, when there have been television shows such as Push Girls, that center around women in wheelchairs, and other tv shows with main characters who are in wheelchairs. Although, it does explain why able-bodied actors are used to portray characters in wheelchairs.

I am certainly familiar with the stigmas that can surface in areas of art or artistry. For example, in my first two years of college, I was the first individual in a wheelchair to take choreography, Dance Notation, History of Hip-Hop, Intro and Advanced Modern Dance, and a whole group of other art-related classes that involved dance or movement. Obviously, I was not able to participate in the same way that able-bodied students were able to dance. But, I did learn how to choreograph and put dance numbers together, verbally describing the choreography to able-bodied dancers. I will never forget the first day of class. The dance professor was so closed-minded and completely irate that I refused to leave the class. She insisted that it was a waste of time, and that I would be an observer who was in the way. Fortunately, the angels and my guide helped me to win her over quickly when she realized I had a photographic memory and could verbally describe each dance step precisely. Not only did I learn a greater appreciation for the art of dance, but also on the last day of class, each classmate thanked me for teaching them how to be better dancers, through the art of listening. And the professor even choreographed a piece in my honor, called “Dancing from the Heart.” Sometimes, against all odds, you know you are placed among people for something much greater than the circumstances convey, and although I find great joy in dong my readings and being of service to Spirit, and people from all over, I know that much of the greater picture is to serve as an advocate for differently-abled people, not only by sharing my story and the obstacles I’ve overcome from a wheelchair, and in life, but also to demonstrate that someone who is physicallyh different, still can be a valuable contributor, sexy, have an active social life and bring a perspective that the average person may not.

I recently went to a popular restaurant/bar in Fort Lauderdale, where I was treated like a second-class citizen. The interior of the restaurant had no tables accommodating a wheelchair and the exterior tables that did accommodate for a wheelchair, were typically not available. After an hour wait for a wheelchair accessible table outside (in 90 degree weather), more than one waitress came over and recommended that I eat off of a metal bar stool removed from the outdoor bar. Sadly enough, not fully comprehending what the waitress was asking of me, I agreed. Until she brought a tiny, metal bar stool that I couldn’t get my wheelchair underneath, and left my friend who was accompanying me, to eat with the food on her lap. When i told her I was not comfortable eating off of a metal stool, she insisted that this is how other disabled customers were most often accommodated. When I asked her how many able-bodied customers she had made this suggestion to, she began to giggle, and miraculously, a table outside opened up, where there was not only table available, but all of a sudden, four tables were available. To top it off, when my friend ordered a $10 mimosa, it was 1/4 full, when other mimosas came in all directions to other tables, filled to the top. We found out later that for $5 more, you could have a whole bottle of champagne and orange juice, and miraculously, we were not told of this Sunday brunch option. I am always optimistic and look for the best in every situation, though this particular experience was over and beyond outrageous, and I am a firm believer that when you remain silent when an injustice occurs, you might as well be committing the injustice yourself. I still view these experiences as blessings, as they open the door to raise awareness and the vibrational consciousness of humanity. So, I will continue on my journey to make a difference with the main intention of helping society embrace the true colors of all individuals, no matter the shape, color, formation or limitations of the light that each person shines.

New year, New Chapter, New Beginnings

Sunday, September 8th, 2013

For all of you who celebrate the Jewish New Year, shanna tovah! I, too, celebrate the Jewish New Year, as a follower of the Kaballistic philosophy and therefore, see the fall as falling into a new chapter or new beginning, in the journey of life. I had the pleasure of spending the new year with family and friends which of course included my niece, the love of my life, who, just this week, learned to say “I love you.” Perfect timing. As is very common for this time of year, requests for readings are flowing in, and sometimes it is difficult because there is a bit of a waiting list ,but nothing brings me more joy than giving guidance and connecting those to their loved ones, through the grace and honor of serving Spirit. I have received a lot of requests to start doing my Psychic in your Pocket YouTube videos again, so I am excited to announce that I will start filming, editing and posting  those for you very shortly. Please subscribe to my YouTube channel which is mhevenor94 and feel feel free to message me questions about Spirit, about crystals, anything spiritual and I will make a video in response to your questions. Sadly, I can not  answer personalized psychic or mediumship questions in the short Psychic in your Pocket videos for individuals, because of confidentiality issues through YouTube, however, I am currently looking for local clients interested in receiving a 30-minute psychic or mediumship reading for free ,in exchange for allowing me to film the session, to be posted on YouTube. For those of you that might be interested in participating in the month of October ,please contact Becky at rebeccaryanmanagement@gmail.com and place “filming” in the Subject line. I will be choosing several subscribers to my You Tube channel for a free e-mail reading, so please subscribe for a chance to win a free reading each month. I also need ideas for different tutorial videos on card readings, on how to protect yourself from negative energy and so forth. So, an account which is free to set up, is necessary to send messages.

I so much enjoy doing the radio show, Latte of Heaven, on Thursday nights, and this week ,my guest is international holistic healer for children, Kate Beddow. We will be discussing raising spiritual kids and healing. I have a great deal of respect for Kate’s work and I also thought it was the perfect time to showcase her dedication to this field and children, since September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. For the entire month, I will be posting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Plus ,and all the other social media platforms I am a part of, about childhood cancer. I have always been passionate about helping and working with children as a counsellor, and, unfortunately I have experienced the loss of two teens who I loved, from cancer. Through these experiences, I also became educated about the facts. And I want to use my platform in the public and as a servant to Spirit, to educate others. Cancer, in any form, at any age, is an indescribable monster that no one should have to fight. But children are the most innocent sufferers. People do not realize that childhood cancer is the leading cause of death for children in the US under the age of fifteen and only 1% of all research is dedicated specifically towards understanding childhood cancers. Therefore, children receive the same dosage of treatments as an adult going through cancer, and the damage to their organs is often irreversible and can, commonly, lead to secondary cancers later on, after they have initially beaten the first one. Another fact that I found shocking, was that cancer survival is defined by living 5 years past the date of diagnosis. That means that, statistically, survival rates overall are misleading because even when a person passes, they still fall into the numbers of survival. If we can save more children, we are obviously saving our future, because we will never know if the next president, prime minister or Nobel Peace Prize winner, has been born, if they don’t have the opportunity to live their life long enough to reach their potential  of changing the world.

In the spirit  of the New Year I have new projects I am working on, both for the radio show, YouTube for teaching and opportunities to be of service in different capacities, serving Spirit so please, let’s stay connected and make this new year the best one yet.

The Journey of Life Gives Us Direction,But Spirit or G-d, Creates the Definition

Friday, August 30th, 2013

It seems as of late, I keep being asked by various people in various situations, if I consider myself a psychic, a medium, an animal communicator or a medical intuitive. This is a hard question for me because I really consider myself to be all of those things equally. When you work with Spirit every day, it’s not so much about defining the capacity in which that happens, but adjusting yourself as a vessel to accommodate whatever it is Spirit is leading you into, in any given situation. I can say that, consciously, I had my first mediumship experience at the age of seven. I saw a young girl who was in spirit, dressed in time period clothing, complete with a bonnet, long dress and an apron, and she was a bit translucent and blue in color. For me, when a spirit has been in spirit for a long time, the energy takes on a a blue hue, indicating that there is no association at all with the physical existence. However, after recently going through some of my old journals, I came across an entry that I wrote at age twelve, where my great aunt told a story about when I was four and apparently, I was in the passenger seat as she was driving, and I told her to go home differently because there was a “bang” in the street. It turns out, there was a four car pile-up blocking all lanes of traffic on the route that we typically took home from the grocery store. Therefore, it must have been a psychic vision at the tender age of four, that I experienced. This makes sense, because, typically, psychic development precedes mediumship. As I was taught by John Holland, all mediums are psychic but not all psychics are mediums. After teaching for several years, I can indeed say this is a true phenomenon. Having had spiritual experiences very early on, I don’t really identify myself one over the other, but because I actually remember my first experience being one of mediumship, I tend to identify myself as a medium more readily.

Then, there is the world of animal communication. I have been communicating with animals before I was even verbal. Dogs and cats would approach me all the time, and my grandmother used to say it was like we were talking. For years, I was terrified of big dogs, because around the age of five, I was sitting outside on the cement steps, in front of the house, and the neighbors had gotten a huge St. Bernard, and I literally looked in the direction of the dog, and this massive puppy that was already the size of a small pony, came charging in my direction, of course, just wanting to give kisses, but his loving knocked me over and I spontaneously rolled down the steps. Thankfully, I now understand animal communication and I love all animals dearly, even snakes which I have a bit of a fear of, but at the same time, I have a deep respect for them. One of my greatest joys is doing mediumship readings for owners of deceased pets. Obviously, animals can not verbally speak in the same way as human spirits do, but they communicate through symbolism and, certainly, are equally capable of communicating their messages.

As far as identifying myself as someone who is in this field, that has definitely become easier, in part because I am deeply humbled and proud to be a Servant of Spirit, or G-d, through my work, and also because more of the general public are open to the metaphysical field, in large part due to Lisa Williams, John Holland, John Edward, and currently, The Long Island Medium, who have helped the field be represented in the medium of both  television and radio.

The medical intuitive component of my work definitely stems from my training as a therapist, and watching how different physical and/or mental conditions and ingested substances alter a person’s physical energy. however, once again, my childhood experiences were preparation, as I spent a great deal of time in medical settings, seeing different energies in people with different conditions or problems, and early on, I wanted to be a doctor. I would even play doctor with my dolls, and place my hands on the doll, pretending to heal them by touch. Of course, now I know that any healing that takes place for a client, has little to do with me, but is Spirit, or G-d, using me as an instrument to bring whatever is needed during a medial intuitive reading or an energy healing. The bottom line is no matter how difficult life may seem at times, there is always a bigger picture that we, consciously, have no awareness of, but it is okay, because G-d always has the map ,or the bigger picture, and the more we trust and let ourselves be led by Spirit, the harder it becomes to pinpoint exactly who we are, in terms of a career, because G-d continuously has us grow, expanding that definition in ways we have not even dreamed of.

The Magic of Mediumship and the Miracle of Spirit

Thursday, January 26th, 2012

The more I do this work, the more amazed I become, on how perfectly designed the Universe and Spirit is. I recently did a reading for a young woman who lost her mother and as soon as her mother came in the room, her energy felt familiar to me. The reading went beautifully and because this young woman is getting married soon, she wanted to make sure she followed any of her mother’s wishes for the ceremony. Her mother came through strong, humorous and happy with all of her daughter’s choices and accomplishments. It is not uncommon for me to see Spirits. In fact, I am never alone in my house and it has become a comfort to me. However, because this wonderful woman has not been in Spirit very long, I could only see an outline of what she looked like. When the reading was complete, her daughter asked me if I would like to see a picture of her. Looking at the picture, I was even more sure that I knew this person. Then, all of a sudden, it dawned on me, this young lady’s mother had been very active in the South Florida chapter of the American Psychiatric Association, and on annual ocassions, I had heard this woman speak as I was a student getting my doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. At the end of every presentation, this woman would come over to me and acknowledge me, recognizing that I was the only student in a wheelchair, kiss me on the forehead, and tell me how much of an inspiration I was, and to continue following my dreams. I could not believe that we were reunited as I did a reading for her daughter. It goes to show, once more, what a small world we live in, and that we should do our best to be kind to one another, because you never know how we are connected to that person and other people we love. This young lady found me because I had done a reading for one of her close friends at the metaphysical church in Wilton Manors. This was yet another example of the magic of mediumship and the miracle of Spirit, proving that we are certainly never alone, and I believe those in Spirit are much more aware of what’s going on in our physical world, than we often are, while we are trying to navigate this crazy world we live in. I hope this story inspires all of you to be kind to one another and never cease to appreciate the miracle of Spirit.
